Not only does the rent include the cost of all utilities (except your phone), but a free laundry room is located in the center of each building and paid basic cable television is included, as well. 

There are many other amenities available to our residents: all of our units are located on the ground level, mail is delivered directly to your door, your garbage is taken to the street for you and each building has a front porch that provides a sheltered area to enjoy the wonderful evenings our Antelope Valley has to offer.

Both grounds and structure are cared for at Mayflower Gardens by on-site staff and this makes it possible for our residents to enjoy the more important things in life.  Visit with your family more - maybe enjoy their company at our restaurant.  Our restaurant is open to the public for breakfast and lunch - there are two specials available daily for under $5!

Although all of our apartments are equipped with full kitchens, including a stove and refrigerator, meals can be ordered from our restaurant and delivered to your door for a nominal fee.  Your charges will be kept track of and you may pay your tab when you pay your rent at the end of each month.

Our 65-acre campus has a swimming pool, recreation room and computer room with internet access.  Activities include weekly bingo, Friday afternoon movies and outings to such interesting sights as the Northcut Museum and Descanso Gardens.

Other amenities include free transportation that offers three routes throughout the Lancaster and Palmdale area to many of the major stores, banks and shopping centers in the vicinity.

We recently adopted a No Smoking policy at Mayflower Gardens and may of our other facilities and hope that the majority of our senior residents will be happy with the change.
